Since then, other groups such as Florida Young Naturists (FYN) and Young Naturists America (YNA) have developed a large following and have events in different areas of the country, often visiting AANR clubs or hosting widely-attended events and gatherings in other locations.

About YNA:
Young Naturists & Nudists America (YNA) is an organization that began in the fall of 2010 with the idea of educating and promoting naturism as well as creating a cohesive, younger, fun-loving community of naturists. While our organization and events target the 18-35 generation, we welcome all who are young at heart, regardless of race, color, sexual orientation, piercings, etc.
Since its inception, YNA has developed a website featuring multiple blogs, informative articles, an events calendar and more. We have also created an app for iPhone and Android that helps people find nude and clothing-optional locations worldwide. Recently we launched a new website / newspaper, The Bare Times. Beyond an active online presence, we have also hosted, co-hosted, and promoted many successful nude events! What started small, with our own first indoor naked party entitled "Nude Night Out" in Manhattan, quickly grew into many more successful parties through the winter, some of which have attracted hundreds of people from all over the northeast and beyond. Successfully bringing together like-minded young people and creating a safe non sexual nude environment has been the staple of our success. In the summer of 2011 we organized a variety of outdoor events as well, such as two large weekend gatherings at Rock Lodge Nudist Club and a celebration of National Go Topless Day in Central Park, Manhattan.
The YNA mission statement is simply "To impact the world in a positive manner." In accordance with this mission, we started combining our events with fund-raising to benefit the first of hopefully many charities, a women's shelter in NYC. YNA is also actively helping many nudist resorts and groups achieve success by broadening their reach online. We teach people how to use the tools of today to increase attendance with much success. We hope to be able to collaborate with everyone as long as they are willing to abide by our code of ethics.
We aspire to make a positive impact in many other ways as we continue growing and furthering the young naturist movement in the northeastern US and beyond. We have come a long way in a very short period of time, but there is still much work to be done. We will soon reach a milestone of 10,000 followers and hope that number will double if not triple over the next year!

So you heard and it’s true, Lighthouse Beach has been shut down. This is our home, where families have been going for generations, where lovers have met for the first time, where we created bonds that last all year round and essentially our “Nude Family” lives. Wel,l what now?
We need to unite and do our best to battle the decision. What better way to join forces then to have a meet and greet fundraiser and unify our voices. Oh and let’s make it Clothing-Optional!
All proceeds will be given to The Naturists Action Committee(NAC), who already has a lawyer on retainer and lobbyists in Washington D.C. The Naturist Action Committee is the non-profit political adjunct to The Naturist Society (TNS). NAC is a grass roots organization that relies on the involvement and participation of individual naturists and groups at local levels. They are soley based on donations.
So let’s get together, show our support for Lighthouse Beach and begin to unite all our groups together in effort to be one solid front in combating this decision. There is a chance we won’t win, but we couldn’t be satisfied with losing if we didn’t put all our collaborated efforts together and given them everything we got.
Even if we don’t win, let’s set an example for the rest of the nation and let them know what the real Lighthouse Beach is about.
