Tim Mullins has been serving AANR since August 2011 as the Government Affairs Team (GAT) Chair. Tim spends a lot of time naked at the river, he did however get rid of his van. When he is not doing that he spends time reading about proposed legislation that could impact his ability to stay naked down by the river and subsequently getting that information out to you the reading and thinking nudists.
