AANR’s PR and YADAC committees are inviting everyone to take part in My Nude Story—a collaborative video project collecting short, personal stories about what naturism means to you. Whether you’re a longtime member or new to the community, your perspective is part of the bigger picture we’re building together.
Sharing your My Nude Story is a celebration of your boldness, authenticity, and everything that makes you uniquely you. By sharing your story, you not only honor your journey, you also inspire others to embrace their true selves and find the courage to love who they are, just as they are: beautiful and one of a kind.
Why we’re doing this:
Short, personal videos are a powerful way to:
- Normalize naturism
- Highlight diverse voices
- Show how naturism makes a difference in people’s lives
- Promote AANR as a positive and welcoming community
How to participate:
- Record a short video telling your naturist story.
- Upload your video using our upload form here:
Our team will lightly edit your video (adding graphics, trimming if needed) and share it across AANR’s social media and website.
Share your story. Celebrate naturism. Inspire others. Help build a living archive of naturist voices.
Get started:
- Length: Aim for about 2–3 minutes.
- Orientation: Shoot in landscape (horizontal) mode, not portrait (vertical).
- Resolution: Videos must be at least 1920×1080 (Full HD).
Higher resolutions like UHD or 4K are welcome.
- Frame yourself from the shoulders up with just a little space above your head. Avoid too much empty space. “Implied” nudity is best. Clothing is also acceptable. Since we hope for uptake among textile audiences and platforms, we generally prefer not to show full nudity in these videos. Horizontal videos are preferred over vertical.
- Face a window or light source. Make sure the light is in front of you, not behind you.
- Find a quiet place to record so your voice is clear. A natural backdrop, such as the outdoors, is great, but an indoor setting works too. Just aim for something visually interesting.
- Smile naturally and bring good energy to your story.
- Keep your camera steady. Use a tripod or a stable surface. Or hold it selfie-style for a more casual, intimate vibe.

Will my video be used?
We intend to share all submissions that meet our basic guidelines for quality, tone, and appropriateness. If we have any questions or concerns about your video, someone from our team will reach out to you directly before making any decisions.
When will my video be published?
Videos will begin rolling out after the campaign launches and will be shared over time. Depending on volume and scheduling, yours may be published later in the process—but rest assured, we’ll release it in a timely and thoughtful manner.
Will my video be edited?
Yes—each video will receive light editing. We may trim for clarity or length, adjust the format for different platforms, and add simple graphics like an intro/outro card.
Where will my video appear?
Videos may be featured on AANR’s website, YouTube, Instagram, and other official channels. If you’d like to be tagged, you’ll be able to include your social handles in the upload form.
Can I share the video too?
Definitely. If your video is selected and edited, we’ll send you a copy that you’re welcome to share on your own channels.
