As The Naturist Society Foundation prepares to cease operations at the end of 2026, AANR recognizes that this is a difficult time for the organization and their members. We want to help ease this transition by offering support, providing continuity where possible, and helping those who wish to maintain their connection to the community.
AANR intends to take a respectful, member-focused approach while recognizing TNSF’s right to continue its operations.
To help provide continuity for TNSF members, AANR will pursue the following initiatives:
Club Discount Recognition
AANR will ask its affiliated clubs, resorts, and campgrounds to honor valid TNSF membership cards for applicable member discounts. Our goal is to help TNSF members continue enjoying the benefits of naturist recreation during this transition.
Recognition of Existing Memberships
AANR will extend an offer to TNSF memberships to honor them through their stated expiration dates, with the opportunity to become an AANR member after expiration.
Opportunity to Join AANR
As TNSF members approach the expiration of their memberships, AANR will offer them the opportunity to become AANR members. Information about AANR membership benefits, affiliated clubs and resorts, and advocacy efforts, will be available.
Our intent is not to interfere with TNSF’s ongoing business or encourage members to abandon their existing memberships. At AANR, we realize naturism is a close community of like-minded individuals and we want TNSF members and the naturist community to feel supported.
Additional details regarding implementation, club communications, membership verification, and transition procedures will be developed and announced.
I encourage our affiliated Clubs and Leadership to approach this initiative in the spirit of cooperation and goodwill. By working together, we can help preserve the naturist community and demonstrate that AANR is committed to supporting all who enjoy nude recreation.
Thank you for your continued support and dedication to AANR’s mission.
Warmly,
Linda Weber
AANR President
