Playa Sonrisa is a privately owned, boutique beach resort designed for comfortable relaxation. Loungers, chairs, Bali beds, and hammocks are interspersed on the expansive beach, arranged so guests can enjoy the beach alone or together. Driftwood, seashells, buoys, and flip-flops adorn the fences and decorate the sand, giving Playa Sonrisa a carefree atmosphere. It’s also the perfect place to erase tan lines!!

We have booked the ENTIRE resort so it will be just our group staying there the entire time.

The resort offers a variety of outdoor activities, including snorkeling, kayaking, and paddle boarding. Guests can also enjoy bocce ball, corn hole, poker, and a variety of other games. Beach massages, Scuba diving and guided snorkel excursions are also available for an additional charge.

The resort is offering our club a discounted, all-inclusive rate of $1,600 per room (up to 2 per room) for a 6 Day/5 night stay!! And each room has a creative and unique tropical theme. Room selection can be made when you pay your non-refundable $500 deposit.

Each person will be responsible for their own airfare.

Our plan is to fly direct into Cancun the day before, then take the new high-speed train down to Limones the next day where the shuttle bus will pick us up and take us to Playa Sonrisa. Our return trip from Playa Sonrisa to Denver will be in the same fashion. Keep in mind these plans could change depending on airfares, train schedules, and other factors. We will firm up all travel plans a few months before the trip.
