The American Association for Nude Recreation Will Participate in the Annual

National Conference of State Legislatures in Boston, Aug. 4-6

KISSIMMEE, Fla. (July 2025) – Curious about life as a nudist?  Want to learn about taking a summer Nakation vacation?  Members of the American Association for Nude Recreation (www.aanr.com) will be on hand to share insights and thousands of commemorative lapel pins at booth #658 during the National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL) August 4-6 at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center.

AANR president Linda Weber asserts, “This year is more exciting than ever, knowing that nudism is part of an increased global phenomenon.  Many more nudist recreation activities are taking place throughout all parts of the world, adding to a more relaxed social and economic culture.”

Mr. Erich Schuttauf, who serves as AANR’s General Counsel and Executive Director, will be staffing the booth with Ms. Weber at NCSL who stated, “When legislators stop by the AANR booth they learn how affiliated clubs contribute to local economies, promote tourism, and create jobs.  They also learn of the interest among the younger generations for skinny dipping that’s been enjoyed by famous and beloved Bay Staters such as John Quincy Adams and Henry David Thoreau.”

AANR’s presentation of the 2025 pins changes from year to year to enhance the collectible factor; in fact, AANR representatives have been bringing different pins to NCSL for over 25 years and are often told by legislators and conference attendees they too have a full set.

And what about lapel pins when nudists are enjoying the “uniform” of their favorite club or beach?  “We put them on our hats!”
